Losing Weight With Fat-Burning Foods
Losing weight has been an uphill climb for me ever since I can remember. If I happened to be lucky enough to lose weight I was certainly not lucky enough to keep it off. When I started looking back at my eating habits, I realized that I would probably never be able to successfully follow a set weight-loss diet. The diets of the past seemed to me to be rigid and the food primarily tasteless.
However, many of the diets I have seen in the past year or so seem to not only give you more food choices, but have included the flavor we all crave. It seems to me that some of these diets would be easier to stay on than those of the past. Unfortunately, I still find myself feeling restricted and soon wander off into the Land of the Unacceptable Food .
I have been looking around to see if there was a way of curbing my wayward eating. One day I stumbled upon an article about fat burning foods. The more I read about them, the more convinced I became that this might be the way for me to go.
You are able to eat as much as you want of these particular foods and still lose weight. I kbnow that some of you must be thinking that it sounds too good to be true. It's not. I found if you use as many fat burning foods or fat-burning condiments (yes, there are some of those out there too) as you can in your daily diet you will see weight slowly start dropping.
Of course, I'm sure you've guessed it isn't simply as easy as just eating these foods. You also have to limit the foods you eat that are not part of this diet. Oh yes, and exercise (dirty word, dirty word). By exercise I mean: walk around the block a few times or the mall, put on your favorite music and dance a little, or even go out and get a hula hoop and hula during your favorite half hour show. Belive me, you will begin to see a difference.
The following is a list of fat burning foods. I hope you find it useful.

Fat-burning condiments
Believe it or not thereare fat-burning condiments out there. Who would have thought it? These condiments and store bought sauces can be used to add that extra zest to our food. I have made a list of the one that I know, again, if you know of any others please let me know.
boullion cubes horseradish
chili powder or sauce lemon juice
cinnamon minced onion
clear broth salsa
cocktail sauce spices (all kinds)
cranberry sauce steak sauce

Any broth based soup helps fill one up without adding too many calories. Cheers to fat burning foods! Guess I need to concentrate on eating more of them! :-)
Hi KKG ~ I've seen you 'round these parts, but you beat me to the 'follow.' Thank you so much, and I shall now, enjoyably, reciprocate the favor.
That's quite a list of foods, really, and most of them are things I actually like! I really need to pay more attention to this area of my life. The scale has, thankfully, gone down in the last couple of years, but not nearly as much as it needs to. And hmmm...now we're coming into that time of year when I seem to think I need additions to my diet such as eggnog! lol
Great hub - lots and lots of super tips. Thank you!
