Proofs  -  They offer digital proofs.  You will be sent a complimentary proof on the day you place your order.  Approve your proof immediately, they are not able to print invitations until they recieve approval from you.  They offer two complimentary proofs per order.

Shipping  -  The normal shipping is 3 day with the US for orders of 500 or less.  They also offer 2-Day Air or Next Day.

Returns  -  If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact them withing 45 days of recieving to initiate an exchange or return.  All returns are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.  They cannot refund shipping, customization or rush fees.

Shipping  -  It takes 2 to 4 days to print order.  They offer ground shipping, 3 Day, 2nd Day and Overnight Delivery.  Processing time begins after proof is approved.

Proofs  -  They offer instant online proofing.  For a hard copy it takes 2 to 3 weeks to recieve and the is a $25 charge per proof.

Returns  -  They will replace an order at no charge if the company made a mistake or have seen poor quality workmanship.  They cannot accept returns for items that are printed by the customers specifications.

Proofs  -  Proofs are available for $15 each/  They will be emailed in black and white and require 2 to 3 days to be processed.

Shipping  -  Once the company recieves an order it takes 2 business days to process.  Shipping then takes and additional 2 to 7 business days depending upon your location.

Returns  -  Return invitations within 30 days and they will replace the merchandise in question or refund money on unpersonalized items.  If they made the error, they will replace the merchandise free of charge.
